放宽点说，与爱情无关，领悟是无处不在的，不管怎么说，能领悟的了就是已经幸运的事了。

因此，作为成长的代价， 经受点痛苦不是应该的么?

My friend  asked me to write down this in English. I am not confident about my English, especially when it is a personal blog, not about techniques.

Introspection is a good way to examine oneself, to find out what is good for u and what is bad.

I have been Sweden for almost three months. Of course, there have been so many challenges and problems.

But I can see the progress and growth that I have achieved. I know all of these have become the most valuable experiences in my life.

No pain, no gain. What u get, is what u deserved.
